Marvel Debuts "Everything Ends" Teaser... Is This A Reboot?

Marvel sent out a new teaser for the Summer of 2015. Is this tied in to the "Summer 2015" teasers? Could this really be a tease for some kind of Marvel Universe reboot DC's New 52 style? SO MANY QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!
